From the moment we saw the establishment, it was already such a beautiful sight. Upon entering, we were greeted with smiles and grace. Check-in process was such a breeze, and once we got into the room, it was more than we expected. It was big! Bathroom was great and I simply love the design of the room that's so spacious. We even had ample space after putting an extra bed in the room. Breakfast was good with lots of selections. Pool was great too. Location wise, it was so easy to reach the beachfront and the PADANG signage, just a mere 3-5 minutes walk away. Really a pleasant stay!

We stayed here a second time after a holiday in the Telos. I had been a little harsh on my first review as I was probably expecting more from the Mercure and it fell a bit short. They were extremely apologetic and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had a complementary fruit platter in the room as well as the ability to have a breakfast to take with us on our early flight.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The bedroom was cute. They accommodate earlier breakfast for those that need to catch the early ferry to the Mentawais. They will store the boards downstairs so you do not need to bring it upstairs.

Great location by the beach, gated with security kind staff and a clean luxurious hotel. We enjoyed the pool area in the center of the property to relax and cool off. The breakfast buffet was a highlight.

Best position as not far from airport as transit hotel. Clean and room and bed very comfortable.

It was a quick overnight stay as we were moving from 1 surfing destination to another so we stayed the hotel as a quick stop over for one night. It's close to the ferry terminal. We arrived at dark and left before sunrise. It's a comfortable spot for a good night's sleep. Would recommend to travellers on surf trips.

One of the most comfortable hotel rooms I've stayed in for a long time! Big comfy bed, everything clean, a warm shower, all the amenities you could wish for. Staff were so friendly and helpful!
